We do not charge sales tax on any orders, except for shipments to the state of PA and NV. PA does not charge sales tax. NV does not charge sales tax on food items.
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.
We can supply large quantities of top quality flags and support many retailers with wholesale product. Our support of our retailer customers is second to none. Please email us for wholesale pricing and terms. Our wholesale department can be contacted Monday –Friday, from 8AM-7PM EST. Wholesale accounts are provided to resellers of our merchandise, which must have a Tax ID and Retail (resale) license.
we accept requests for purchase orders from corporations, government, schools and other institutions. Please mail your PO and accompanying credit references from the contact page. We request that your Purchase Order Form be from your company's accounting department. We request that Purchase Orders be signed and provide a contact name and phone number, ship to and bill to address, and detailed product information. All purchase orders have $100.00 minimum and do not qualify for free shipping.
For rush orders, we recommend use of a Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover card for immediate processing. PO processing takes 3 - 5 business days on average, with large value orders taking longer.
From time to time there may be information on our web site or in our product fliers that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Online Stores, Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). On occasion actual flag colors may differ slightly from those pictured on our site. These discrepancies are out of our control, and Online Stores, Inc. will not be held responsible.
Proofread your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by Online Stores Inc. or any of our carriers, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground or economy service and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service.
All orders for in-stock merchandise, in which the customer has selected Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, or Overnight shipping, are guaranteed to ship the same business day, if placed before 3:00PM EST. Orders for in stock merchandise, indicating these shipping methods, placed after 3:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day. Orders, in which the customer has selected Economy shipping, will ship within 2-3 business days. Transit times vary, for economy shipments, from 4 business days to 10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and the shipping method.
